The Wine Front - Riesling 2013
Rated : 92 Points
"...Golden hue in colour, touch cloudy. It's gloriously aromatic, faintly nutty, a little whiff of briny fino sherry tang and a swirl of citrus/apple freshness. It's loose knit and juicy across the palate, expansive, nutty again and shows a touch of creaminess to texture. That being said, acidity is perky and tightens while freshening. It's moreish in that can't-put-a-finger-on-it-way. It's riesling deconstructed, so to speak, well at least in conventional terms of Australian ‘classic styles’ of say Clare or Eden Valley. I really like this wine, good vibes." Mike Bennie Feb 2014

Wino Sapien - Riesling 2013
"...It's cleaner and brighter than the Orange riesling made by Xabregas, but it is quite similar in scent and feel. Bruised pear and cider on the nose, ginger bread and baking spices... the lime zest is there, but covered with ginger. Slippery and fleshy, a suggestion of saltiness before expansive warmth and spice. yes."
